If you need a product serviced, please contact the manufacturer, this is the fastest and easiest way to resolve your issue. **Do not send the product back to Summit, as this will slow down the process of resolving your issue.**

Summit 4X4 Company does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs, materials, lost time/wages, towing, storage fees, etc. Summit shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.



The manufacturer warrants most parts, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless they specify otherwise. Some manufacturers require their parts to be returned directly to their company. All Electrical Components, Superchargers, Carburetors/Jets, Ring/Pinion, Differential/Gear Components are nonrefundable items.



All parts and accessories manufactured by Summit 4×4 Company have a 90-day limited warranty from the date of sale. This limited warranty applies to any product, which, after careful inspection by Summit 4×4 Company at its Prescott, Arizona facility is found to have a defect in either materials or workmanship.

** Parts used under racing or competition conditions are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. **

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

Only parts new in original packaging can be returned and will charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders.

By placing your order on this web site or over the phone, you agree to hold Summit 4×4 Company, LLC. Harmless for any and all labor incurred involving the installation, repair, or maintenance of any item purchased from Summit 4×4 Company, LLC. Summit 4×4 Company, LLC. is not responsible for any damaged parts or additional labor necessary to repair a vehicle resulting from items purchased from Summit 4×4 Company, LLC.

Summit 4×4 Company, LLC. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage, or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchase, which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these engines, engine components, parts and/or accessories.

We CAN NOT accept returns on special and/or custom ordered parts and all electrical components.

Any litigation or lawsuit arising as a result of any sale by Summit 4×4 Company to a purchaser of its products shall be filed in the court system of Yavapai County, Arizona, USA, and the Laws of Arizona shall apply to the issues in such a lawsuit.
