  Bought light mounts for my Jeep’s wife for Xmas. And got a gift card for her. We went in today and she spent it ha. Mark is an amazing guy to talk to when you need help and what works best. Colton and one more gentleman I missed his name but will be back for more parts to make my wife’s Jeep amazing. Wish I had a Jeep just to deal with these guys and the amazing service they offer. Awesome waiting room my 18 month old was happy to sit and not be fussy at all.

  I highly recommend summit 4 x 4,Mike has helped me with my jeep every time I have brought it in for work. His knowledge and his professional knowledge has help me customize my jeep and I have been very happy with the results. So far I’ve had it lifted, installed a back up camera, CB radio, spare tire bracket, handgrips, Bar light and a high Jack very happy with everything!   I had great service on the setup on a 2000 Jeep TJ for flat towing. Mark, Bob and Chris were knowledgeable and their instructions on hook up and towing the TJ were first rate. I would recommend the company with no reservations.

  I ordered some storage containers from this company and was charged on my credit card. A few days later I was called and informed that the shipping charges would be triple what was on the website. I ended up cancelling the order. I'm very disappointed.

  It is not all that difficult for a business to present a good appearance when everything goes right; I believe that a business shows its true nature when things go wrong, specifically in how it handles a difficult situation. Earlier this week, Summit 4x4 had an opportunity to demonstrate its commitment to customer service under less-than-ideal circumstances, and it did so in a very professional way. I have taken my modified Rubicon Unlimited to Summit for routine servicing and some aftermarket component installation since I retired here, and they have always done excellent work. This week, I had an appointment for an oil change, 5-tire rotation, and balancing. Unfortunately, an error on their part resulted in some damage to my Jeep. This error was certainly not the type which indicates lack of competence; rather, it was a simple mistake of the type even the most skilled and conscientious of us can make. Even the most professional of us is, after all, human. In today’s overly litigious society, it is far too common for a business’s first thought to be of avoiding liability. Too many businesses will refuse to acknowledge fault, for fear that doing so will expose them to risk of litigation. They will offer some token recompense and will admit nothing. Summit, on the other hand, met a much higher standard and acted with honor and integrity. The owner came out to speak to me, then led me back to the maintenance bay so that I could see for myself what had happened. The technician claimed full responsibility, and both he and the owner offered their sincere apologies and their assurance that they would make everything right. Summit provided transportation for me, and said that they would work hard to fix the problem by the next day. Not only did they do as promised, they refused to charge me for the original work and threw in new brake pads when they noticed mine were worn. When I picked my vehicle up the next day, there was absolutely no indication that it had ever been damaged. The owner refused to accept a single penny from me. Their response to a simple error was extraordinarily generous, and raised the level of trust I continue to have in their work. It is refreshing to see this type of old-fashioned honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will continue to trust my off-road beast to Summit 4x4, and I recommend them without hesitation.

  I must throw a big shout out to everyone at the Summit 4x4 Company! From walking through the doors to inquire about a lift & tires to picking it up today finished, the customer service made me feel right at home! Colton made sure to get me exactly what I needed & I’m extremely happy they delivered her back to me with what they promised! The ride is smooth & I love the lift! Well done guys! I’ll refer you to everyone!

  The team at Summit is like one big family. These guys will do just about anything you throw their way and they're happy to do it and share your excitement along the way. Whether you're looking at repairs or upgrades, the Summit 4x4 team will treat you right. They're a little on the spendy side but you get what you pay for this day in age and you know things are going to be done right the first time. Thanks Jesse, Colton, Ashley, Jason, Sam, Mark, Bobby and JP. Y'all are pretty cool.

  All the employees are extremely nice and ready to help. They have amazing customer service and a good family environment for off-road enthusiast of all kinds. Plus a lot of them have 4runners so even better! If you are new and have questions they are willing to help and share personal experiences, and for the more experienced they are happy to exchange stories. I had an issue with a company’s product they stock in shop and they swapped it out for a new one no questions asked.

  Called about a quick question I had about my Jeep! Danielle wasn’t sure of an answer so she said she’d call back! She called me back real quick (within minutes) and gave me an answer! Awesome company. Awesome customer service and QUICK!
