Alex the tech was very meticulous and found a few things that needed attention (one thing was a warranty part which they took care of no charge.) He also found leaking valve covers ( and a few items that only I would know about). That showed me Alex too his time and really inspected. Bobby the service advisor ordered all the part and scheduled the work asap. Once the work was under way, Alex suggested to save time and money later, was to change the plugs since he was already in there. ( Jeep Gladiator has many parts to remove to get to everything properly) All and all the workmanship is top notch, just like I would do myself. Everything was put back together cleanly, and tested before I picked up my Gladiator. Everything they do at Summit is first class and organized. You get exactly what you pay for here, excellent CS and top level workmanship. They did a fantastic job making everything perfect. My Jeep Gladiator Mojave handles really well with the new Clayton suspension.
