Through Alex's dedication and hard work, he detected an issue with the wiring inside the Mini Cooper that was causing widespread problems including the reason I brought it in, which was a module replacement. He replaced and repaired the wiring, which fixed the problem, probably avoiding future safety issues and found the module wasn't needed. Bobby kept me updated throughout this repair process. I love Summit for having such exceptional staff and I'm proud to be a loyal customer, which I rave about to all my friends! 12/6/24 I had the pleasure of dealing with Easton for my Mini Cooper diagnostics and repair on 12/5/24. He was wonderful to work with. He explained the repairs, charges and kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. He was friendly, professional, thorough and a true asset to Summit 4x4. 9/13/24 Another great experience at Summit 4x4. I dealt with Jason this time. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept me updated on the recommended repairs on the Jeep and the costs. When I called him Friday, 9/6/24 due to overheating problems with my Jeep, he was able to fit me in Monday, 9/9/24. Jared the service tech was very thorough repairing my Jeep and letting Jason know what needed to be done and the recommended timeline for the repairs. Also, Tony gave me a ride home and he was very sweet and professional. Ever since the first time I took my Jeep to Summit almost 2 years ago, I vowed no other repair shop would touch my Jeep, because they were able to find the source of my Jeep's problems, that 2 other repair shops missed. I love Summit! 6/28/24 I had another good experience taking my Jeep to Summit 4 x 4. Bobby kept me informed on the progress of the diagnostics and repair on my Jeep, which I greatly appreciated.
