What We’re Looking For

A 4×4 Service Advisor who brings a mix of heart, skill, and curiosity. Someone who listens first, communicates clearly, and guides customers with honesty and confidence. Someone who respects the craft and loves the off-road community as much as we do.

This role is a chance to be the bridge between our customers and the talented technicians who bring these builds to life. It’s a chance to join a team where your passion for rigs isn’t just understood. It’s shared.

Pay is DOE.

Hours: Monday through Friday, plus one rotating Saturday each month.

Requirements

You should bring:

  • Experience in the automotive or off-road industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence advising customers on repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
  • An understanding of how 4×4 systems and vehicles in general work
  • The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced shop
  • A commitment to honesty, clarity, and excellent service
  • A team-first mindset
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation

Skills

The ideal candidate:

  • Builds trust through genuine conversation
  • Understands the language of off-roading and daily driving
  • Can translate customer goals into clear work orders
  • A minimum of at least 2 years of experience
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Works closely with technicians and communicates updates
  • Takes ownership of the customer experience

Bonus Points

You’ll stand out if you:

  • Own a 4×4 or have firsthand off-road experience
  • Have worked in a specialty automotive shop
  • Know suspension, gearing, lighting, armor, and other upgrade paths
  • Bring leadership qualities or a desire to grow into a larger role
