The GlueTread Complete Tire Repair Kit is specifically designed to handle any tire damage encountered on the trail. Whether it's a sidewall repair, valve stem replacement, or puncture plug, this kit has the solution.
The package includes a comprehensive GlueTread kit, one Colby Valve stem, and a plug kit with insertion T-handles and instructions. The T-handles are crafted locally from CNC-machined aluminum.
The GlueTread Complete Kit features an improved rubber formula and does not include the accelerator. This change was made because the improved formula allows the adhesive to cure quickly without the accelerator. When the accelerator is stored near the adhesive, it tends to cause premature curing, so its removal extends the adhesive's shelf life.
Feedback indicates that patches applied without the accelerator adhere more effectively and last longer on compromised sidewalls. With the improved rubber formula, the adhesive cures in about ten minutes.
