The Motobilt Dana 60 Ford Super Duty diff cover is a heavy duty high clearance design. The diff cover ring is made out of 3/8 inch thick steel plate that is laser cut in house at Motobilt. Next a 1/4 inch thick laser cut plate is cnc formed and welded by hand inside and out. A large 3/4 inch NPT fill plug is used for easy service.This Ford Supder Duty Dana 60 cover differs then the standard dana 60 cover because it is an ultra tight fitting design.
