Rock Slide Engineering – JT R Step – BS-100-JT4

Rock Slide Engineering’s newly designed R-Step is your solution for hard to reach areas in your bed and cargo area. This fully functional rock slider duels as a two-tier, vertical step made of 11-gauge steel. Your steps will appear from a hidden box underneath the truck bed. Dropping 12 inches for easy access for all demographics. The Bed Rail that is visible has 2 inches of surface area that can be used as a secondary step. Your step will meet up with the slider when deployed and give you 10 inches of surface area. Allowing you plenty of steady foot space on the top step. With the purchase of an R Step, you receive an additional JT Bed Rail for the driver’s side to complete your sleek look!

The step is deployed by a weatherproof toggle switch, located in the bed of the vehicle. Rock Slide Engineering use a state-of-the-art automated powder coat system to acid etch the raw base material in preparation for the textured black topcoat. The internals of the step slider are made of stainless steel and aluminum to prevent rusting. This plug and play system is designed to utilize the factory mounting points for a no-drill installation. It uses a stand-alone wire harness, so no splicing or rewiring on your Jeep is necessary. This will allow you to retain your manufacturer warranty after installation.
