The GlueTread Expedition Kit is engineered to tackle any tire damage that might occur on the trail. Whether it's a sidewall repair, valve stem replacement, or puncture plug, this kit has everything needed.
Inside the package, you'll find a comprehensive GlueTread kit, two Colby Valve stems, and a plug kit complete with insertion T-handles and instructions. The T-handles are locally manufactured from CNC-machined aluminum.
The GlueTread Expedition Kit includes their improved rubber formula and omits the accelerator. This updated formula enables the adhesive to cure faster without the need for an accelerator. Storing the accelerator near the adhesive often causes premature curing, so its exclusion enhances the adhesive's shelf life.
Feedback has shown that patches applied without the accelerator stick better and last longer on damaged sidewalls. With the improved rubber formula, the adhesive fully cures in about ten minutes.
